Ingredients:
- smoked ribs - 400 g
- split peas - 500 g
- large potatoes - 3 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- seasoning 10 vegetables
- salt
- greens - optional
- crackers for serving
- water - 2.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the peas, cover with water for about 1 hour.
2. Put the ribs, whole carrot, onion, chopped potatoes and peas in a saucepan.
3. Cover with water and cook until the peas are fully cooked, do not forget to remove the foam.
4. Next, remove the carrots and onions from the pot, disassemble the ribs from the bones, and chop the meat.
5. In a preheated frying pan, fry grated carrots and onions.
6. Add the vegetables and chopped meat to the soup, cook for another 10-15 minutes, and adjust the thickness of the soup with water.
7. At the end, add seasoning 10 vegetables, mix.
8. Serve with herbs and croutons.
