Apple liqueur with vanilla: how to prepare a delicious drink for winter

Various liqueurs made at home often turn out to be much tastier than those sold in stores. That's why their popularity will never disappear, and only more recipes will appear every year.

Food blogger Eduard Nasirov shared a recipe for one of these drinks on Instagram. He told us how to make the most delicious apple liqueur with vanilla at home and without much effort. It has an unusually beautiful amber color and a unique flavor.

Ingredients

  • apples - 1 kg
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 100 g
  • alcohol - 250 ml
  • water - 350 ml

Method of preparation

1. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a jar.

2. Add alcohol diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio.

3. Put the jar in a dark place for two weeks. Ttake out the jar and stir from time to time.

4. Filter the liqueur through several layers of cheesecloth and squeeze the apples well.

5. Prepare the syrup. Mix 100 ml of water with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

6. Mix with the alcohol base and filter again.

7. Pour into bottles and leave in a dark place for a few more days.

8. Serve chilled.
