Local authorities reported that air defense systems were operating and targets were "shot down," but later it became known that a missile had hit a private home, and a woman was injured.

The siren in Belgorod sounded at seven in the morning. The governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced a missile threat, while social media complained that "it was loud over the city."

Photos and videos of the vaunted Russian air defense system in the sky and its arrival at a private house, presumably on Razdobarkina Street, have been posted in local public spaces.

A fire broke out at the site of the hit. The alarm was called off at 7:45.

As of 8:34 a.m., Gladkov said that over Belgorod and the Belgorod district, air defense systems had allegedly shot down "ten air targets on the approach to the city."

"According to preliminary information, one person was injured - a woman whose house caught fire. She suffered a second-degree burn on her hand, and an ambulance crew provided the necessary assistance on the spot. She did not need hospitalization," Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.

In addition, according to Gladkov, windows were smashed in one apartment, 18 private residential buildings were damaged, two of which caught fire. Shrapnel cut three cars, damaged power and water supply lines.

In the village of Maysky near Belgorod, two households were destroyed, a car was damaged. In the village of Dubovoe, windows were smashed in one household, the facade and fence were cut, and a fence was cut in the village of Tavrovo, the governor reported.

As a reminder, Russian bombers recently dropped a powerful 1.5-ton bomb in the Belgorod region. The KAB-1500 was found between the villages of Bessonovka and Vesyolaya Lopan.

Last week, the Russian Volunteer Corps said it intends to continue its operations in Russia. The rebels announced that they were recruiting new people and increasing the number of vehicles.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, all night on March 31, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shaheds and missiles, using a total of 27 air attack weapons. Air defense forces destroyed 18 targets: nine missiles and nine drones. The all-clear across Ukraine was announced only at 6:38 am.

In the Odesa region, Shahed debris caused a fire at an energy facility, leaving several settlements without electricity.

In addition, in the evening of March 30, the enemy dropped a guided aerial bomb on Kharkiv, injuring two people.
