Prima finished in the top 10

Ukrainian biathlete Artem Pryma became the author of one of the biggest sensations at the start of the sixth stage of the Biathlon World Cup. Our compatriot unexpectedly made it to the top 10 of the short individual race in Antholz-Anterselva, Italy, showing the best result of the Blue and Yellows' season.

The 36-year-old from Chernihiv, who had never finished higher than 44th in individual competitions this season, suddenly turned in a near-perfect race. In difficult weather conditions, he missed only once on the shooting range, and after the last firing line he gained 10 positions at once and finished ninth.

Traditionally, the Norwegians were the best. Johannes Tinnes Bøe, the overall leader, became the absolute and undisputed winner. He was one of the few competitors who managed to knock out 20 targets out of 20 at four firing lines.

This allowed the Norwegian to finish first and "bring" a minute and a half to his competitors. That's how far behind him was his brother Tarja, who missed twice at the shooting range. "The bronze medal went to German Johannes Kühn, who made it to the podium for only the fourth time this season.
