Ingredients:

  • eggs - 6 pcs
  • mushrooms - 250 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • greens for decoration
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs.

2. Finely chop the onion.

3. Fry in vegetable oil.

4. Cut the mushrooms.

5. Add to the onion.

6. Cut the eggs into halves and remove the yolks into a separate container.

7. Add the prepared mushroom roast to the egg yolks.

8. Add salt and pepper.

9. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

10. Fill the egg halves. Garnish with herbs.
