The construction of a premium YUGEN SPA resort is starting on Yablunytsia Pass, in one of the most picturesque corners of the Carpathians. The complex will be designed in the Japandi style, which combines the minimalism of Japanese design and the comfort of Scandinavian aesthetics.

It will be located at an altitude of 1050 meters above sea level, offering guests panoramic views of the majestic peaks of Hoverla and Petros.

OBOZ.UA tells more about the new SPA resort.

Unique cottages with smart technologies

The resort will build 38 cottages ranging from 73 to 144 m². Each house has panoramic windows, a green roof, and spacious terraces with a jacuzzi.

All residences will be equipped with modern energy-efficient technologies and a smart home system. The cost of one cottage starts from UAH 15 million.

Spacious Wellness-SPA area

One of the main advantages of the resort will be a 1000 m² Wellness-SPA complex. It will include a 24-meter-long heated infinity pool, saunas, mineral fonts, relaxation areas, and cryotherapy treatments.

Developed infrastructure

The resort also plans to build:

  • a panoramic restaurant with author's cuisine;
  • a modern gym;
  • yoga and stretching areas.

For your information, YUGEN will be located just a 15-minute drive from the largest ski resort Bukovel.
