A Russian national team footballer traveled to Iran and said that "everything is great in Russia"

Litvinov spoke out about life in Russia

Russian national team midfielder Ruslan Litvinov has expressed a ridiculous opinion that the aggressor country has a very high standard of living. The Spartak Moscow footballer came to this conclusion after he traveled to Iran, where the Russian national team played a friendly sparring match last March.

Litvinov said this in a comment to the propaganda channel Match TV. The 23-year-old Voronezh native said that in Iran, which supplies Russia with drones to attack peaceful Ukrainian cities, it is very rare to see foreign cars on the roads and the houses of local residents leave an oppressive impression.

"It was immediately obvious how the sanctions have affected the country, how hard it is for people to live. It was a shock to see the same expensive foreign cars on the road. And in terms of housing, we saw not the best conditions either. Immediately you begin to appreciate what you have, you realize that everything is great in Russia," Litvinov said.

Note that on September 5, the Russian national team will play another friendly match with representatives of Asia. This time the opponents of Valeri Karpin's team will be Vietnam, which made the fans laugh.
