On the night of January 27-28, the terrorist country Russia attacked Kyiv region with kamikaze drones once again. Air defense forces successfully shot down the targets, but, unfortunately, their debris damaged houses and a retro car museum.

This was reported by the acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk. Residents of the region were urged not to ignore the air raid alert.

"As a result of an enemy UAV attack in the region, the fragments of the downed target damaged the building where the museum of retro cars was located. Rescuers extinguished the fire over an area of 600 square meters. Preliminary, 9 vehicles were destroyed and 27 damaged in the hangar," the official said.

In addition, he added that the damage was also recorded in three other districts of the region. Two private houses, 3 non-residential buildings, and 3 cars came under enemy fire. Fortunately, with no casualties. There were no hits to critical or residential infrastructure either.

Rescue teams continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the enemy's overnight attack.

As a reminder, on the night of Tuesday, January 28, Russian occupation forces targeted Kharkiv with Shahed drones too. A large-scale fire broke out at a civilian enterprise - a woodworking shop - as a result of the enemy attack.

As reported, Russian kamikaze drones attacked Odesa on the morning of January 28 as well. The explosions damaged apartments in high-rise buildings and set cars on fire.
