Mikhail Yanchishin, a player of the Armata amateur hockey club, died during a match with the Favorit team in the SHL League. The video shows how the 61-year-old defenseman suddenly fainted without any contact and fell face first onto the ice.
His teammates immediately ran up to him and tried to revive him. Later, an arriving medical team began to save the player.

Yanchyshyn was taken to the hospital, but they failed to bring him back to life. He died without regaining consciousness. According to preliminary data, the cause of death was heart problems.

"Our sports family is one person less. Mykhailo Yanchyshyn, a player of HC Armata, died during the match," the SH League said in a statement.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, the day before, the famous Ghanaian striker of the Egnatia football club Raphael Dwamena died after he lost consciousness in the Albanian championship match against Partizan.
