A food blogger with the nickname tanya perchik shared on Instagram what kind of appetizer she prepares in such cases. As it turned out, all she needs is jamon, pear, and moldy cheese.
Ingredients
- Ham
- Peanut butter
- Cheese with mold
- Pear
- Arugula
- Honey
- Balsamic sauce
Method of preparation
1. Grease the jamon with peanut butter.
2. Put the arugula, pear and cheese on the edge of the jamon.
3. Drizzle with honey and wrap.
4. Drizzle with balsamic sauce and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
