Chicken liver is a very healthy and valuable product that can be the basis for delicious cutlets, as well as salads, pates, snacks, and even sausages. It is worth noting that to prevent the liver from becoming bitter, it should be soaked in milk before cooking.

Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 0.5 kg
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Salt and pepper
- Flour - 4-5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions and carrots.
2. Finely chop the chicken liver. If necessary, remove the yellow veins from the liver. Add the egg, salt and pepper, two tablespoons of sour cream, garlic and flour to the liver. Mix everything well.
3. First, fry one and taste it for salt and whether it holds its shape. If not, add 5 spoonfuls of flour.
4. Spoon the base onto a very hot frying pan. Fry on both sides on medium, closer to minimum heat, always under the lid!
