Sauerkraut is one of the healthiest and most delicious winter dishes. You can cook it with carrots, onions, and viburnum. But it is very important to know how to ferment it properly so that it is free of unpleasant odors.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for very simple and quick to prepare sauerkraut with salt and vinegar.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 900 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.
- Carrots - 1 piece of medium size
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Oil
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, add the bite, mash it with your hands, add grated carrots, salt, sugar.
2. Mash the cabbage again with your hands and add the oil, mix and eat immediately.
