You can be paid more than $900 as a teacher of this subject in Ukraine

Being an English teacher is quite profitable today - the number of the relevant vacancies reaches several hundred. At the same time, some employers are willing to pay such specialists more than UAH 40,000 ($900).

For example, an IT company is looking for an English teacher offering from UAH 27,800 ($600) to 44,500 ($1,000). You will have to teach children aged 4 to 13.

A company organizing English language courses is ready to pay from UAH 15,000 ($350) to 52,000 ($1,200) to a teacher. Among the requirements:

• English proficiency level not lower than Advanced
• Experience in teaching adults

The Center for Foreign Languages is looking for an English teacher with a salary of UAH 20,000 ($470) to 50,000 ($1,100). To work, among other things, you need:

• Advanced/Proficiency level of English
• Ability to plan and conduct classes
• A completed higher education (philologist, teacher, translator)
• A high level of language proficiency and the ability to teach

50 new positions have appeared in Ukraine

Meanwhile, 50 new positions have appeared in Ukraine. Among them is an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Specialist (deminer). At the same time, it is already possible to find highly paid vacancies for deminers in both the military and civilian sectors.

According to the Ministry of Economy, new professions have appeared in medicine. And also:

• the judicial system
• prosecutor's office
• media
• other areas of activity.

In particular, in addition to the deminer, it is noted that the profession of nutritionist, a specialist capable of determining the individual menu of each person in accordance with the characteristics of theu immune and other systems, has also appeared in Ukraine, as well as:

• medical statistician

• SES operator
• station agent
• sports activity manager
• specialist in the protection and resilience of critical infrastructure facilities.

At the same time, it should be noted that there are quite a few vacancies for deminers on the market today, and not only in the military sphere. The job is highly paid - some companies, according to a major HR portal, offer salaries of UAH 42,000 ($900), 61,000 ($1,200), and even 72,000 ($1,700).

In the defense sector, deminers can earn much more. In particular, you can find offers with a salary of UAH 190,000 ($4,500).

As reported, neither a sharp increase in vacancies nor a surge in layoffs is expected in the main sectors of Ukraine's economy. However, still there are companies that intend to change the number of employees. And these expectations are negative: they may fire employees much more often than hire new ones in all key areas.
