Olivier salad is one of the most popular salads for the New Year's table. But, in the classic version, the dish is prepared with sausage or meat, but they can be replaced with red fish, so the dish will be much lighter and tastier. And for a bright flavor, add an apple!
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a very tasty and unusual olivier with sweet and sour apples and red fish.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of lightly salted salmon
- 4-5 medium boiled/baked potatoes
- 2 fresh cucumbers (or a large salad)
- 1 green apple
- 2 boiled eggs
- Green onions
- Salt and pepper
- Dressing: homemade mayonnaise or sour cream, yogurt
For garnishing at will:
- Lemon
- Quail eggs
- Dill
Method of preparation:
1. Cut everything into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and season with mayonnaise.
2. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for an hour and you can eat!
