British actor Kit Harington, who played Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, has suggested why the finale of the cult series disappointed some viewers. He believes that the story turned out to be too long, and the actors were tired by the end of the series.

The Briton also suggested that some plot mistakes were made. He spoke about this in a new interview with GQ magazine.

"I think that if there was any mistake at the end of Thrones, it was that we were all so tired that we couldn't go on any longer. So I understand that some people think it was rushed, and I can agree with them. But I'm not sure we had an alternative," the actor reflected.

He admitted that in the photos from that time, you can see how tired he was. The final season was filmed at the limit of the series team's strength, so it could have turned out worse than the previous ones.

"Everyone has the right to their own opinion. I think there were some plot mistakes, maybe towards the end. I think some interesting decisions didn't quite work," the Briton concluded.
