When life threw lemons: a flavorful cheesecake according to Liza Hlinska's recipe
They say that if life has thrown lemons, you should take salt and tequila and enjoy life. But since alcohol is harmful to health, it's better to make a flavorful lemon cheesecake.
Chef Liza Hlinska shared how to do it on Instagram. This incredible dessert will taste great with family tea.
Ingredients.
- Sugar biscuits – 150 gr
- Butter 72% – 70 gr
- Fatty soft cheese – 600 gr
- Cream 22% – 150 ml
- Egg – 3 pcs
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla pudding – 20 gr
- Lemon zest – 1 pc
Method of preparation.
1. Combine the crushed biscuits with the butter at room temperature, bring this mixture to homogeneity, and tamp the bottom of the baking dish with it. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Beat the cottage cheese with sugar, zest, and cream in a blender until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time.
3. At the same time, mix the lemon juice with the pudding and pour it into the curd cream.
4. Take the base out of the fridge, put the curd mass on it, and bake for about an hour at 160 °C.
