Ingredients

- baguette
- blue mold cheese
- butter
- sugar
- honey
Method of preparation
1. Cut the baguette into slices and dry them in a frying pan.
2. Dry the walnuts too.
3. Cut the pear into slices. Melt butter and sugar in a frying pan.
4. Caramelize the pear for 3 minutes on each side.
5. Cut the cheese into slices the size of ½ slice of bread.
6. Spread the cheese on the baguette slices and top with the pear.
