The idea of preparing a fig appetizer for wine was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan. The honey makes the dish quite sweet, so it can even be eaten as a dessert.
Ingredients:
- figs - 3 pcs
- cream cheese - 3 tsp
- honey - 3 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Wash the figs.
3. Cut off the tails.
4. Cut crosswise, but not all the way through.
5. Open the middle.
6. Cover with a teaspoon of cream cheese.
7. Top each fruit with a teaspoon of honey.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
