Ingredients:
- flour - 100 g
- ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- salt, pepper - to taste
- chicken or turkey liver - 500 g
- cognac - 2 tbsp
- green solid apples - 2-3 pcs.
- blue onions - 2 pcs.
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- butter - 50 g
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper to a bowl with the flour.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Roll the cleaned liver from the films in flour.
4. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown. The main thing is not to overcook. The liver should remain pink in the middle.
5. Pour the cognac into the liver and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Cut the apples into 8 pieces and the blue onion into 4 pieces.
7. Put them in a frying pan, add brown sugar and butter.
8. Caramelize until golden brown.
9. Combine the apples and onions with the liver.
