1. Jamon, brie cheese and persimmon appetizer. The recipe was shared by a food blogger with the nickname iriska dimitrova on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- jamon - 100 g
- brie cheese - 150 g
- persimmon - 1 pc
- arugula - 50 g
- balsamic sauce - for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the brie cheese and persimmon into thin slices.
2. Arrange the slices of jamon and then put a slice of cheese, persimmon and a few leaves of arugula on each.
3. Roll up.
4. Place the rolls on a plate and drizzle with balsamic sauce before serving.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 300 g
- apple - 1 pc
- arugula - 100 g

- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken liver in olive oil until tender and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the apple into thin slices.
3. Put the arugula on a plate and top with the liver and apples.
4. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

- jamon - 100 g
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- arugula - 50 g
- cream cheese - 150 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the baguette into slices and lightly toast them in a dry frying pan or in a toaster oven.
2. Rub the warm slices with garlic and brush with olive oil.
3. Spread each slice with cream cheese.
4. Layer the arugula, jamon slices and cherry tomato halves on top of the cheese.

Method of preparation:

- chocolate (dark or milk) - 200 g
- biscuits - 150 g

Method of preparation:
1. Grind the cookies into crumbs with a blender or rolling pin.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring constantly.
3. Add the honey, chopped nuts and cookie crumbs to the chocolate mass.
4. Mix well until smooth.
5. Form the mixture into cones and place them on parchment paper.
