To make meat patties juicy, you need to prepare the minced meat properly. You need to add a few ingredients to the frying mass to make the dish really successful. We are talking about pumpkin and sweet potato.
The idea of making juicy meatballs with pumpkin and sweet potato was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karyna Kolesnichenko (blw.babies). There is no need to add bread or crackers.
Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 100 g
- sweet potato – 1 pc.
- minced meat – 350 g (any)
- egg
- spices – to taste (I have oregano and granulated garlic)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, and squeeze out the juice.
2. Grate the sweet potato and squeeze out the juice.
3. Add the minced meat, egg and spices.
4. Mix everything.
5. Make patties or put them in sausage molds.
6. Cook in a way convenient for you: stew, fry, or bake for 15 minutes.
