Soups are the best dish for lunch and dinner. It is best to make them with seasonal vegetables, adding herbs and spices, which will not only give the dish a pleasant aroma but also bring out the flavor of the vegetables.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and hearty vegetable soup with melted cheese and turmeric, which will make any soup even healthier and tastier.
Ingredients:
- 1.2 liters of broth or water
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small or 1/2 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 processed cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- salt, oil
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables, grate 1/2 of the carrots, fry the chopped onions and carrots.
2. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, and garlic to the boiling broth/water. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked (up to 10 minutes), add the roast, turmeric, salt,and chopped processed cheeses and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Blend the soup thoroughly with a blender. Put it back on the stove and bring it to a boil.
4. For the croutons: slice the bread, add paprika, and salt, and drizzle with oil, and mix. Dry at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Add breadcrumbs to the soup before serving!
