Ingredients:

  • lard mesh - 500 g (if available)
  • minced pork - 600 g
  • minced chicken - 300 g
  • mushrooms - 500 g
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml.
  • salt - 20 g
  • spices - 10 g

Ingredients for pancakes:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • cottage cheese - 150 g
  • pepper - to taste
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp or you can take sour cream

Add the cheese to the minced meat

1. Add cheese and mayonnaise to the eggs.

2. Fry the pancake on one side.

3. For the filling, fry the onion in a little oil until golden brown.

4. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
