Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 pc
- chicken thigh fillet - 3 pcs
- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs
- mozzarella cheese (you can use any other cheese that melts well) - 200 g
Method of preparation:
Eggplant.
1. Cut the eggplant into slices (0.5 mm wide).
2. Lightly beat the chicken and cut into pieces.

4. Put the eggplant in the mold in a single layer.
