What else can you make olivier with besides sausage: a traditional dish in a new way

When it gets cooler outside, you immediately want to make a classic New Year's olivier. Traditionally, the salad is made with boiled sausage. But to make it more satisfying and healthy, you can use another ingredient.

Ingredients:
- boiled chilled meat (chicken, beef, veal - 600 g
- boiled potatoes - 6-8 pcs
- pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs
- boiled carrots - 3-4 pcs
- canned green peas - 1 jar
- hard-boiled eggs - 7-8 pcs
- mayonnaise - 6-8 tablespoons
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard without seeds
- salt and ground pepper - to taste
- fresh dill and parsley - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the boiled chilled meat, boiled chilled potatoes and carrots, pickles, and hard-boiled and peeled eggs into cubes.
