What a delicious salad to make with pickled mushrooms: better than olivier
Pickled mushrooms are not only a delicious snack on their own, but also a great base for a festive salad. This dish combines all the familiar flavors: meat, vegetables, and mayonnaise. Mushrooms add a special piquancy.
The idea for a hearty salad with pickled mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuliia Mikulich. It tastes better than classic olivier.
Ingredients:
- marinated mushrooms - 160 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 350 g (weight of the finished)
- corn - 150 g
- Korean carrots - 130 g
- onion - 150 g
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs.
2. Season the meat with a little salt and pepper.
3. Add paprika, soy sauce.
4. Fry in a frying pan until tender.
5. Chop the mushrooms.
6. Chop the carrots, eggs, meat, and onions.
7. Combine all the ingredients of the salad and season with mayonnaise.
8. Season with pepper and salt if necessary.
9. Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for a while before eating.
