Warm salad with liver, herbs, and orange: a recipe for a hearty and quick dish
Chicken liver is an excellent product for making delicious pates, salads, and snacks. You can also bake it deliciously, fry it with vegetables and spices, and if you add sour cream, the liver will become very tender.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, healthy, and satisfying liver salad with greens and oranges.
Ingredients:
- Liver - 350 g
- Salad mix
- Orange - 1 pc.
- Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp
Dressing:
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- Orange juice - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the liver into halves, lightly salt, and roll in starch, heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the liver pieces for 4-5 minutes, then add honey and soy sauce,and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
2. Peel the orange from the films. Cut into slices.
3. Put the orange and warm liver on the lettuce leaves.
4. Make the dressing and pour the sauce over the salad before serving.
