Warm salad with chicken and vegetables: a dish for every day and for a festive table
Chicken and vegetable salad is an ideal option for a nutritious dish that everyone will enjoy. It will be especially tasty when served warm. You don't need mayonnaise for the dressing, because it will be much healthier to combine olive oil, honey, and mustard.

Ingredients:
- thigh fillet – 3-4 pcs
- sweet pepper – 1 pc
- mushrooms – 125 g
- mix of lettuce leaves – 125 g
- cherry tomatoes – 100 g
- a handful of cashews
- sesame seeds
For marinating the thigh fillet:
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper – a pinch
- spices for chicken
Ingredients for the dressing:
- olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
- honey – 1 tsp
- mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin and bone from the thigh fillet.
2. Cut the fillet into small pieces, marinate for 15-20 minutes in spices, olive oil, soy sauce, and fry until golden brown.
3. Cut the bell pepper into strips, and chop the mushrooms as well.
4. Remove the chicken and fry the vegetables in the same pan for 3-4 minutes until soft.
5. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate, and add the vegetables, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and nuts (cashews will be delicious, but you can also replace them with walnuts).
6. Separately combine all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
