Ingredients

  • Condensed milk - 350-400 g
  • Walnuts - 150 g
  • Soft butter - 180 g
  • Coconut flakes - 50 g
  • Banana - 1 pc.

Method of preparation

1. Fry the walnuts in a hot dry frying pan, chop to a crumb. Transfer the mass to a bowl.

2. Add soft butter, coconut flakes, condensed milk to the nuts and mix until smooth.

3. Spread the waffle cakes with the filling, optionally put a sliced banana in the middle of the cake.

4. Wrap the cake in cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight under a press.
