Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs
- cream - 200 ml
- broccoli - 150 g
- red fish (or sirloin trimmings) - 150 g
- cherry tomatoes - 6-8 pcs
- mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- lemon pepper
- dried basil
Method of preparation:
1. Put broccoli, fish, tomatoes and cheese in a baking dish lined with parchment.
2. Mix eggs with cream and spices and pour into the mold.
3. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
