Unusual fish cultets with tuna: what to add to make them really juicy
If you haven't fallen in love with fish cutlets yet, you simply don't know how to cook them. In fact, this is an extremely tasty dish that, with the right choice of ingredients and cooking technology, will definitely appeal to everyone.
Celebrity chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared his own recipe for fish cutlets on his Instagram. His choice fell on tuna, the taste of which is incomparable. The chef also told us what to add to the base to make them juicy.
Ingredients
- tuna - 1 can
- carrot - 1 pc
- zucchini - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- greens and parsley
- salt
- pepper
- spices
- lemon juice - ½ pc
- eggs - 2-3 pcs
- flour - 2-3 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Put tuna in a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.
2. Grate the carrots and zucchini on a coarse grater and add to the fish.
3. Dice the onion, chop the herbs and add everything to the bowl.
4. Add salt, pepper, spices and lemon juice. Stir.
5. Add eggs and flour and mix again.
6. Form cutlets and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
