Green buckwheat
Ingredients
- green buckwheat - 1 cup
- water - 1 glass
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt - a pinch
- olive oil - 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Soak the buckwheat overnight.
2. Drain the water and beat the buckwheat with a blender, adding clean water to achieve the right consistency of the butter.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry on both sides.
Quinoa and beet
Ingredients
- quinoa - ½ cup
- beetroot - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- water - ½ cup

Method of preparation
1. Soak the quinoa in water overnight.
