Homemade crepes can be made from any flour, but it is better to use wheat flour. To make sure that they do not tear and are elastic and thin at the same time, add oil and milk to the dough.
The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, light crepes made with cottage cheese and a delicious sauce.
Ingredients:
- Milk 500 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2.5 tbsp
- Flour 6-7 tbsp
- Egg 4 pcs.
- Salt a pinch
For the sauce:
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Zest of one orange
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Rum 1 tbsp
- Orange juice 150 ml
- Any berries
Filling:
- Fine-grained cottage cheese
- Raisins.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, it is best to do this in a blender, the crepes will be airy (you can also use a whisk).
2. Fry the crepes.
3. For the sauce: put all the ingredients in a frying pan and boil over maximum heat until it doubles in size, and add any berries to the finished sauce.
4. Put the cheese in the crepes, wrap, put in the sauce, stew a little, and then put on a dish, pour the sauce, and serve.
