The simplest but delicious plum pie: what to add to the dough to make it melt in your mouth
If you have a desire to cook something truly autumnal, we recommend that you pay attention to the recipe for plum pie. It is extremely easy to prepare and even a beginner can do it.

Ingredients
- Butter - 180 gr
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Baking powder - 10 gr
- Flour - 150 g
- Plums - 10 pcs
Additional ingredients
- Sugar - 30 gr
- Butter - 5 grams
Method of preparation
1. Beat soft butter until it becomes fondant.
2. Add eggs and sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the flour and baking powder and mix again.
4. Wash the plums, remove the pits and cut them in half.
5. Grease a 22-cm-diameter baking dish with butter and cover the bottom with parchment.
6. Pour ½ of the dough into the mold and add the plums.
7. Pour the second part of the batter and add the plums again.
8. Sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
