The perfect salad is a harmony of taste and ease of preparation. It is thanks to this combination that incredibly delicious dishes appear on the table.
Celebrity chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared his ideal salad on Instagram. The dish is so easy to prepare and tastes so good that you can eat it almost every day.
Ingredients for the salad
- Lettuce leaves
- Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese – 40 g
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for the sauce
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese – optional
Method of preparation.
1. Lettuce leaves pick or chop. Chop the cherry tomatoes.
2. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise, and sprinkle with your favorite spices.
3. Roll the fillets in breading: first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in a small amount of oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
5. Mix homemade mayonnaise, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
6. Put lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, and pieces of fried chicken fillet. Add the sauce and garnish with croutons.
