The perfect dressing for any salad: just a few ingredients
In any modern salad, the main role in shaping the flavor is not played by its ingredients. It is the dressing that determines the taste of the finished dish, as well as the level of pleasure you will enjoy eating it.
Food blogger Vika Korolivska shared a recipe for the perfect salad dressing on Instagram. It will not interrupt, but only emphasize the taste of its ingredients, making the dish indescribably delicious.
Ingredients
- American mustard – 50 gr.
- French mustard in grains – 40 gr.
- Lemon juice – 20 ml.
- Honey – 35 gr.
- Oil – 200 ml.
The subtleties of cooking
1. You can use sunflower and olive oil in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Add the oil gradually, in a thin stream, whisking constantly. If you add all the oil at once or whisk too quickly, the sauce may separate.
3. If the sauce has separated, mix all the ingredients again, except for the oil, and add it gradually. Finally, gently fold the separated mixture into the new sauce.
4. The finished sauce can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
