Dough is the basis for many types of baked goods. It is thanks to it that the main flavor and first impression are formed, so it is very important to know how to prepare it correctly.

A food blogger with the nickname danilchenko t77 knows exactly how to do it. On Instagram, she shared a recipe for the perfect all-purpose dough suitable for any filling.

Ingredients (250 ml glass).

  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Yeast - 30 gr.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Oil - 75 ml.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Flour - 5 cups.

Method of preparation.

1. Add sugar, yeast and 3 tbsp of flour to the warm milk, mix and wait for activation for 15 minutes.

2. Add warm eggs, salt, oil and mix everything.

3. Add the baking powder to the flour and pour it into the liquid, knead the dough and add the vinegar, knead until smooth and wait 40 minutes.

4. Form the products and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
