Ingredients
- Tangerines – 2 pieces
- Arugula – 1 package
- Hamon – 100 gr
- Gorgonzola
- Nuts
Ingredients for the sauce
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tsp.
How to cook
1.First, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
2. Pour the sauce into a special container and place it in the center of a large plate.
3. Put the arugula leaves on the plate, avoiding the container with the sauce.
4. Put the jamon slices on top.
5. Peel the tangerines and cut them into slices. Put them on a plate.
6. Divide the gorgonzola into pieces and place on a plate.
7. Serve to the table. The sauce is served in the center – it's not only beautiful, but also convenient: everyone can add the right amount, and the salad stays fresh and appetizing longer.
8. Garnish the salad with nuts and pomegranate seeds.
