Olya Tsybulska took away a song from the traitor Lolita to the words of Yuri Rybchinsky: what the maestro told her

Ukrainian singer Olya Tsybulska has taken the popular song "Taxi" written by the legendary poet Yuri Rybchynsky from Lolita Miliavska, who betrayed her homeland and sold herself for bloody Russian rubles. The celebrity shared that she first sang this track while studying at the university, and received approval for its appropriation from the maestro several years ago.

The 38-year-old star said this on her Instagram page. According to the artist, taking the song away from the traitor is a very important and fair decision.

"On the set of MuzzRum, I impromptu recalled the song "Taxi" by the legendary Yuri Rybchynsky. I sang it as a student at an exam at a circus and variety college in front of the author himself and was very nervous. And three years ago I had a dream that this song was now mine. I called Yuriy Yevhenovych and he gave me his blessing. But Olya did not dare to do it then. In my opinion, it is fair to take our art away from the traitor. Stop appropriating Ukrainian culture!" the singer wrote.

It is ironic that earlier Miliavska, who now openly supports the terrorist government of Russia and loudly declares that she has never been a citizen of Ukraine, performed the Ukrainian-language song "Taxi" in front of our fellow citizens.

Netizens noted that despite the fact that the song was previously performed by someone else, it sounds much better coming from the Ukrainian singer.
