Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Greek yogurt - 250 g
- dill - 0.5 bunch
- mint - leaves of several branches (optional)
- lemon - 0.5 pieces (juice)
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt - to taste
- oregano - 1 tsp.
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cucumbers and salt.
2. After 5-10 minutes, squeeze out the moisture - this action will help make the sauce thick.
3. Then add all the remaining ingredients to the squeezed cucumbers.
4. Mix well.
5. You can store it in the refrigerator for several days.
