A food blogger with the nickname alionakarpiuk shared how to make pizza dough on Instagram. It will taste perfect with any topping.
Ingredients for 2 pizzas
- dry yeast - 5 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- flour (1st part) - 75 g
- water - 220 ml
- warm milk - 50 ml
Ingredients for the dough
- salt - ½ tsp
- oil - 1 tbsp
- flour (2d part) - 350 g
Ingredients for the filling
- mayonnaise with garlic
- mushrooms
- chicken fillet
- cheese
Method of preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients for the starter in a separate container and leave for a few minutes to activate the yeast.
2. Add all the dough ingredients and knead thoroughly.
3. Put the dough into a deep bowl, cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
4. Chop all the ingredients for the topping and grate the cheese.
5. Put the dough on a parchment sprinkled with semolina. Form the pizza.
6. Put the topping, sprinkle with cheese and bake at the maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
