Liver pancake cake is a fairly popular holiday dish. However, if you cook the pancakes incorrectly, they can be bitter, which does not affect the taste very well. Thus, to get the desired result, use the following technique.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- wheat flour - 3 tbsp
- milk - 150 ml
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp (+ for frying)
- salt and pepper - to taste
- onion - 1 pc
Ingredients for the filling:
- cream cheese - 400 g
- dill - a bunch
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- spices - to taste
- tomatoes and egg yolk for garnishing if desired
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken liver in a colander and leave it to drain.
2. If necessary, remove the film and excess fat. Transfer to a blender bowl and beat until smooth.
3. Next, add the onion and beat again.
4. Add the eggs, milk, oil and flour.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well again. The consistency should be thicker than pancake batter.
6. Heat a frying pan with oil.
7. The pancakes should be about 0.5 centimeters thick. Cook on both sides and put on a cooking board or plate to cool.
8. Grease the cooled pancakes with the sauce.
9. For the sauce, combine cream cheese, dill, garlic and spices and mix well.
10. Decorate the cake as desired and serve.
