The most delicious baked mackerel in the oven: it's all about the marinade
The idea of cooking delicious baked mackerel was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname ann.food.
Ingredients:
- mackerel - 1 pc (700-800 g)
For the sauce:
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- black pepper - to taste
- ground coriander - 1/2 tsp
- smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- orange juice - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Do not defrost the frozen mackerel completely, it should be slightly frozen to better remove the backbone.
2. Remove the head, tail, fins.
3. Cut near the spine on both sides and remove the spine.
4. Remove the bones, internal organs and black membrane.
5. Put the fish on the baking sheet with the inside part.
6. Cut into 2-3 cm wide pieces, leaving 1 cm short of the middle.
7. Turn the pieces on their sides.
8. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and brush the fish with the sauce.
9. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
10. Put in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
