Ingredients
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Sugar – 150 gr
- Flour – 350 gr
- Butter – 80 gr
- Kefir – 240 ml
- Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
- Baking powder – 16 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Chocolate drops, chopped chocolate, or berries
Method of preparation.
1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy.
2. Add melted butter (not hot) and room-temperature kefir.
3. Stir and add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix again to avoid lumps.
4. Add chocolate or berries.
5. Put into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
