The most autumnal apple breakfast: how to prepare
It is in the fall that apples are very juicy and sweet. And they can be used not only for desserts, but also for full breakfasts. You just need a few additional very simple ingredients.
- 3-4 apples
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml. milk
- 2-3 tbsp of sugar
- 5-10 tbsp of flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into slices and cut out the center.
2. For the batter, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and flour in a bowl.
3. You may need less/more flour, focus on the consistency. The dough should be like for pancakes.
4. Dip the apples in the batter.
5. Fry in a preheated skillet greased with butter over medium heat.
6. Serve with honey and nuts.
