The fastest homemade mayonnaise in 3 minutes: sharing the recipe
The simplest and most delicious homemade sauce is mayonnaise. You can make it from raw and boiled eggs, adding oil and spices.
Natalia Tatarintseva shared a recipe for a delicious and light homemade mayonnaise made from raw eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- oil 350 ml
- eggs 2 pcs.
- vinegar 2 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- mustard 2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oil into the blender bowl, then the eggs, then the vinegar, salt and mustard.
2. Immerse the blender and keep blending for a few seconds, then lift and lower the blender for 2 minutes.
Tip: for a sweeter taste, you can add sugar!
