Silver and gray manicures are back in fashion

A fashionable manicure trend called the "Beyoncé effect" has spread among celebrities. Metta Francis, the founder of the London-based Nails by Mets salon, explained that during the singer's Renaissance tour, fans wore stunning silver looks at her shows, so the metallic trend stuck with the artist.

During the awards show and after-party after the Oscars 2024, several stars were spotted wearing a similar design. Moreover, even after the movie event, celebrities showed off silver nails. OBOZ.UA decided to show them off.

Actress Anya Taylor-Joy chose a futuristic silver dress for the gala, which she complemented with a manicure of the same style. The star's nails were oval and sparkled beautifully in the spotlight.

A similar design was recently shown by the famous singer Dua Lipa. Her short nails with metal-colored varnish only confirmed the nail technicians' forecast for the new trend.

Florence Pugh, the star of Oppenheimer and Dune, came to the Oscars with a textured manicure that also contained silver elements depicting water droplets.

The American actress Gabrielle Union picked up the trend but slightly modified it. The star decided to adapt a classic French jacket for a gray manicure.

Gray, silver, and shiny polishes with rubbings can be both the main design element and auxiliary fragments in the overall picture. From a French manicure to a monochrome coating, you can choose any option that will look stylish.
