A food blogger with the nickname gorishnitsya shared on Instagram how to make nuts at home. She provided an exact list of ingredients and proportions that will make childhood memories come true.

Ingredients for 50 halves of nuts 37*29*16 mm in size

  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Melted butter - 100 g
  • Flour - 200-250 g
  • Soda slaked with vinegar - ½ tsp.
  • Nutella chocolate paste
  • Roasted hazelnuts

Method of preparation.

1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until light and fluffy (about 5-10 minutes).

2. Add the melted butter and beat again (1-2 minutes).

3. Strain the flour, add the baking soda slaked with vinegar, and knead the soft dough.

4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then form balls (7-8 g each).

5. Grease a nut maker with vegetable oil, heat it up, put the balls in, and bake until golden brown.

6. After baking, when the nuts have cooled down, fill them with Nutella and add hazelnuts.

7. Let the cookies stand for several hours to allow the filling to soak into the dough.
