Ingredients for 1 chocolate bar weighing 400 g
- milk chocolate - 230 g
- pistachio paste - 100 g
- butter - 45 g
Ingredients for the kataifi dough
- flour - 50 g
- starch - 40 g
- water - 110 ml
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- oil - 1/3 tsp
Method of preparation
1. For the kataifi dough, sift flour and starch, add water, salt, and oil, mix until smooth and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and make the dough as thin as possible.
3. Crush the kataifi dough and fry it in heated butter until golden brown, stirring constantly.
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds. Pour half of it in the mold and refrigerate.
5. Mix the dough with the pistachio paste.
6. Top the layer of chocolate with the dough and cover with the rest of the chocolate, gently smoothing it out. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
