On the evening of October 1, the Telegram messenger experienced a glitch. Users complained about slow loading of media files and messages.
The Downdetector website also confirmed the problems with the app. They started at 20:01.
At the same time, most readers of the OBOZ.UA Telegram channel did not notice any deviations. 68% of survey participants said that the messenger was working, 31% said they had noticed problems, and 1% said that Telegram did not work at all.
As a reminder, for several months now, Ukraine has been talking about the possible ban of the Telegram messenger, which has hundreds of pages for trading in prohibited goods: drugs, child pornography, weapons, and personal data. Anyone can buy what they need in 10 minutes.
Drug sales to Ukrainians on Telegram are mostly carried out by laboratories that produce them themselves. Less often, they delegate this to a third-party network of Telegram channels.
